Friendfeed is a great way to syndicate all of your feeds from almost anyplace. I personally use it as a time saver. When you post material from your blog or share something with stumbleupon it get blasted across all of your networks you have set up. It will work on Twitter,Facebook,Mybloglog,any blog platform or multiple blog platforms.
