The advantages of group Building

by Rheyanna on January 10, 2009

The advantages of group building are huge. Almost every successful business venture has started from a group. A group of people that worked hard to make it happen. They knew what they wanted and went for it. There are many reasons that people strive to reach that goal.
- Spending more time with family
- Time freedom
- Finacial freedom
- Putting the kids through a good college
- Just the feeling of success

And the list goes on…
The true is you need to have a group of self motivated people that are willing to work hard and build a great business together. The business that you decide on should be one that benefits everyone, not just the guy (or girl) at the top that is pulling the strings.

We are putting together a group and we are looking for motivated people to join us. So if you are willing to do what it takes to build a business and you are tired of running around advertising for your business, to get know where, then come join us.

If you are the know-it-all type and you think your business is the only way to go, then by all means keep doing what you are doing. “Fake it til you make” it will only go so far.

The truth is most of the products and services online today are good, if not great. You just need to find a better way to market them and group build does work.

You can check out the group here

Thanks for this post. I started a group on Facebook and have been amazed to watch it grow and take on a life of its own. It’s truly an example of 1 + 1 = 3. Looking forward to learning more about this!

Definitely agree…every project need a high performance core team, and supporters. That why it hard to get virtual project going as it take time to build trust. Somehow people who come together would be thouse who have met at some conferences etc.

The other problem is everyone want to build their own team….affiliateasia is trying to group up a team for affiliate marketing in some particulate niche. Acutally looking for leader to lead.

I am happy to participate in any group whether with reciprocity or not…as long as its not a disguise ot sell me things…but really ot cooperate on a project.

@Alex
Thank you for your comment.
Building a group to help affiliate marketers is a tough task. It is difficult to build it in a way that it benefits everyone and not just a few. Then there is the cost of building it right. if you do it on a free network such as Facebook you have to deal with all the spammers.

I am working on building a club right now, we will see where it goes.

Enjoy your week
